Bookings can be made by email, mobile and WhatsApp [+0139816762] all year with enquiries only thru Facebook. The landline [ +6096911762 ] bookings are only from Feb 1st to October 31st when The Reef is open. Check in is at 2pm and check out 11am.
Cancellations of 21 days or more before the date a full refund will be given; 20 days to 11 days, 50% will be refunded; 10 days or less--no refund. RM50 will be charged as a cancellation fee for administrative costs.
Boats leave Kuala Besut for Perhentian from 8 am to 4.30 pm and return at 8am, 12pm and 4 pm. The boat trip takes half an hour but allow for one hour for planning travel times.
Please ask The Reef to arrange for your convenience your airport and boat transfers at standard prices of RM80 [from airport one way per taxi] and RM70 boat return per adult and rm40 per children under 12. Kota Baru is the nearest airport and one hour ride to the small town of Kuala Besut where the boat to Perhentian leaves from the jetty.
